Shoulder surgery

I have been dealing with a messed up rotator cuff for a really long time now. I thought it was a tear but after physical therapy, xrays, a cortisone shot and an MRI we found out it was my shoulder bone (acrimonium?) Growing into my rotator cuff. The cure, hopefully, is bone reduction surgery. This was considered good news because it is a much easier recovery time than rotator repair.
So I had the surgery Thursday and that day is pretty much a blur of frozen peas and pain meds. Today I was able to be up for a few hours at a time and only took 2 pain pills all day. I have been trying to move my arm around but my shoulder makes this really creepy squelching sound. I wonder if that is normal? Looking forward to tomorrow and seeing if I'm in less pain.
